How Can I Make A Booking?

Are You Ofsted Registered?
We are, yes. Please get in touch should you require our Ofsted registration numbers.
Do You Accept Childcare Vouchers?
We do, yes. When you get to the checkout page, simply select the company with whom you have childcare vouchers and select ‘Apply Coupon’. Once you have checked out, you then need to transfer the vouchers over through your childcare company’s website or similar.
If I Need To Make A Last-Minute Booking, Can I?
Yes, you can make a booking on the day. The easiest way to book is online but you will also have a dedicated number.
If I Need To Make A Last-Minute Cancellation, Will I Be Refunded?
Yes of course. Please let us know via telephone, email, WhatsApp or text message.
Can I Book Just For Occasional Days Or Can I Only Make Bookings For The Half-Term?
You can of course book for just one-off days if need be.
What Experience Do Your Staff Have?
One of our greatest strengths, because we work full time with children throughout the year we are able to employ a number of dedicated specialists who have been handpicked for their child-friendly skills.
All of our coaches have been cleared by the Disclosure and Barring Service at the Enhanced Level and are first aid trained.
Do You Offer A Sibling Discount?
We do, yes. Unfortunately, for us to process a sibling discount you will need to get in touch with us. Alternatively, you can make a booking online and simply get in touch with us to refund the discount.
If My Child Does Another Club First, Can They Still Come To Challenge After?
Yes, at a discounted cost, you can book this option on the Booking page.
Is There A Fee For Late Collection?
We understand that everyone is human and sometimes things happen that will make you late. There is no late fee, however, if you’re later than the latest collection time on more than a couple of occasions a term you will be asked to collect at the earlier collection slot of you’ll lose your space.

What Activities Do You Run At Your Holiday Courses?
Throughout the day children take part in a number of different sports ranging from football to gymnastics, dodgeball to netball. We also give children the opportunity to have a say in what sports we put on and there is also a series of different mini-games and competitions played throughout the week.
What Will My Child Need To Bring With Them?
They will need all of the following:
- Lunch/snack
- Suitable footwear (no football boots with studs)
- Suitable sports clothing and a waterproof jacket
- Water bottle
- Sun cream (we live in hope…)
- Sun hat
We also run a tuck shop where children can spend no more than £1.

Will My Child Be Grouped With Their Sibling Or Friends?
We group children according to age for most of the day. If your child/children of their friends are close in age, there is a strong chance they will be together but otherwise, they will still be able to spend breaks and lunch with each other.
