Flag football (non contact American Football) is an inclusive, active invasion game rapidly growing throughout the UK. It combines the skills taught in netball, tag rugby, athletics and target games. The game is fast, fun and loved by boys and girls alike.
We are passionate about growing this amazing game. We run FREE evening sessions for children and FREE in school services to children inspired, active and moving.
Join us every Monday and / or Thursday evening at Roe Hill in Hatfield AL10 8EY for free flag football sessions.
Sessions are for children of all abilities however we will be working with the Hertfordshire Cheetah’s and any player who shows potential / the willingness to play at a higher level or flag football competitively will be trained by their coaches.

Workshops – KS2
We deliver either a 1/2 or full day flag football workshop to introduce children to the basic skills of flag football. The workshop is practical and fully inclusive. Every class will get a 30-45 minute opportunity to try this new sport. We of course provide all equipment!
PE Block – KS2
We come in and deliver flag football as part of your Invasion Games National Curriculum. We provide the coach, equipment and lesson plans. All of our coaches are DBS checked and deliver PE in local primary schools.
After School Clubs – KS2
We run a weekly after school club so children can build their skills and hopefully find a new sport they are passionate about.
