Our sessions empower young people with positive transferable skills that will help them reach their potential in all aspects of their life.

CV Writing / Interview Practice

Students get the chance to practice their interview techniques in real-life situations with real employers.

Led by employers, business owners and middle line managers responsible for recruitment within SMB’s, we work alongside your career / employment teams and host mock interviews and CV writing upskill sessions for students.

The programme is open to every student within your university and each week we host CV writing and interview masterclasses. We also invite students to book 1-1 sessions where they can either go through their CV with us or practice an interview / receive feedback.

Challenge, like many, hire directly from universities. Post COVID there has been a sharp increase in university based applicants unable to present themselves effectively. From avoiding eye contact to constantly underselling the role they can play in an organisation, students are constantly placing a ceiling on their potential.

Our programme will not only empower students with the tools to confidently walk into an interview and showcase the best version of themselves, but they will also develop lifelong skills and traits that will help them thrive beyond their education.

Sessions are led by business owners, middle line managers and those responsible within SMB’s for reading CV’s and conducting interviews.

We aim to include at least one transferable life skill in each session, and sessions will ensure that students are in the best possible position to gain meaningful post-graduate employment.

Students can then book 1-1 sessions to discuss their individual CV and interview techniques.
