Welfare support players, careers in
sport advice and lifeskill education
We support you to ensure that all players on your books from 9 -
23 have the tools to manage off pitch expectations in order to
maximise their performance on the pitch.
For 9-16 year olds we focus greatly on the human side of sport and the
importance of enjoying sport and using it to develop transferable
life skills.
For 16+ there is a focus on self branding and how to manage their
own mindset and expectations as well as those from friends and
family, so that it does not negatively impact performance.
Additionally we look at how your players can form a healthy
relationship with the natural ‘can’t lose culture’ of any aspiring
pro.
At 19+ whilst continuing to develop on the above we look at
careers within sport
Whilst all of our services are bespoke, our ethos for well-being
and player care shines through. We operate an open door policy
for all players to voice any concerns / frustrations that they may
have. Whilst we will not be in a position to directly answer these
concerns, eg ‘why do I know play in my favourite position’ we can
ensure a player leaves with a positive mindset and an
understanding of how to best overcome any challenges.

For Players
Coaches
Delivering face to face or virtual theory based training
Virtual Training Sessions
We know many training sessions are going to be cancelled over
winter due to the weather. Turn this negative into a positive and
provide your teams with 10 - 15 minute sport related wellbeing
and lifeskill development sessions
Coach Education - Lifeskill
We work with coaches showing them how to add positive
transferable lifeskill messages into their technical coaching.
Improve attitude, culture and personal skills of your players. We
understand the world of part time footballers who rush from work
to training on a cold night in November. The days of the ‘win at
all cost’ coaching style who spends mid week training as a way to
shout, insulting and pushing players in a bid to ‘get an extra %’
from them is less likely to bring success as opposed to a ‘player
first’ philosophy to team coaching.
Let us show you how!
